US-AEP collects environmental trade leads in Asia and distributes them free of charge to registered U.S. firms.  

Representatives in Asia
US-AEP's Technology and Urban Representatives are trained environmental and commercial specialists locted in 11 Asian countries. The provide business counseling to both Asian and American companies.

Export Adviser
This online resource offers advanced business analyses, legal analyses, environmental market analyses, and links to top-notch information providers for Asian markets.

GRANTS

State Environmental Initiative
US-AEP awards matching grants of up to $150,000 to U.S. state agencies to link American expertise with Asian demand for environmental improvements.

NGO-Business Partnerships
US-AEP's awards grants of up to $30,000 to Asian nongovernmental organizations to encourage collaborative environmental improvement efforts with industry.

Overseas Program Fund
US-AEP's "OPF" offers up to $25,000 to Asian and U.S. businesses to participate in events in potential trading partner's home country. NASDA

EXCHANGES

Environmental Exchange Program
US-AEP arranges fellowships, business exchanges, and technical exchanges for U.S. companies and Asian professionals. EEP's Gender Initiative encourages women to take advantage of these opportunities. 

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Professional Associations
US-AEP supports the development of environmental associations in Asia. We provide funding to two U.S. associations to help them expand their activities in Asia.

Pollution Prevention Roundtables
US-AEP works with the U.S. National Polluton Prevention Roundtable to promote the development of country-level and regional-level pollution prevention roundtables.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE & TRAINING

Government-to-Government
US-AEP provides technical assistance and training at the request of Asian governments. These services are provided through an interagency agreement wit the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and through a cooperative agreement wit the California Environmental Partnership.
