Michelle Whitman
Michelle Whitman is a graduate of Emory University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, and the University of Miami School of Law.
She has been recognized repeatedly on the Thompson Reuters list of Texas Rising Stars, in large part due to her work in the field of asbestos litigation, where she fights for the rights of mesothelioma victims and others harmed by asbestos-related diseases. Michelle is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Attorneys Association and the Texas State Bar Association.

Paul Danziger
Paul Danziger is an attorney with a diverse educational and professional background. Having first pursued a Bachelors in Business Degree in Accounting as well as a Master’s Degree in Tax Accounting from the University of Texas, he went on to work for one of nation’s top accounting firms in New York City as a tax consultant, where he earned his Certified Public Accountant commission.
He went on to Chicago, where pursued a law degree at Northwestern University. He worked internationally for the firm Tilleke and Gibbins in both their Thailand and Vietnam offices. He later started his own firm.
In the years since, Mr. Danziger has devoted his career to pursuing justice on behalf of the victims of asbestos companies. His work in the field of mesothelioma law has earned him a national reputation, and he has been featured in media ranging from CNN to the Boston Globe, from the Houston Chronicle to the New York Times. In addition to his law practice Mr. Danziger is a part-time inventor who holds two U.S. patents. He is married to Dr. Susan Danziger. The couple lives in Houston with their four children.

Rod R. De Llano
After graduating from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Rod De Llano spent time in the business world managing an import/export business before making the decision to pursue a law degree. After graduating with honors from the University of Texas School of Law he gained valuable legal experience in general litigation for a large international firm.
His knowledge of commercial, product liability and insurance coverage law makes him a powerful advocate with a wealth of background information as he now concentrates his estimable talents on mesothelioma cases, representing the victims of asbestos companies.
